Get in shape for your hunt - Go on several hikes beforehand. Take your pack and ADD WEIGHT each time to help build your endurance
Get a pack that has a waist strap - this will help distribute the load and TAKE WEIGHT OFF your shoulders
Start Hydrating now - WATER IS ESSENTIAL for maintaining all of your body’s functions, and starting the hydration process early will set you up for success
