What is Peripheral Neuropathy?

Peripheral neuropathy is a type of nerve damage affecting the peripheral nervous system, which includes all the nerves outside the brain and spinal cord. It often causes symptoms such as pain, tingling, numbness, or weakness in the extremities, like hands and feet.
